REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
•  Registration and reservations will only be confirmed once all monies are paid in full.
•  No-shows will result in no-refunds.
•  All payments to be made payable to ASATA.
•  Registrations received after 03 March 2010 will incur a late registration fee of R570.
•  Substitution is permitted until the 10 March 2010, thereafter a fee of R570 will be charged.
•  Refunds will only be processed after the event.
•  Registration closes on 10 March 2010.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
•  ALL cancellations must be received in writing.
•  Cancellation after 03 March 2010 – 100% cancellation fee.

Transfers:
Transfer details to be advised.

Late arrival / early departure:
No credit can be given for unused facilities.

Price increase:
Please note that the above prices are correct as at 22 January 2010.

RESPONSIBILITY AND CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:
ASATA will do everything possible to ensure that your attendance at the Conference will be as comfortable as possible. ASATA, any staff member or members of the Board, its appointed agents or sub-contractors, act on the basis that they attend to the arrangements of the Conference for the convenience of the delegates. They perform all tasks on condition that, any member or members of its Board and its appointed agents or sub-contractors, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (however arising) experienced by delegates at the Conference; neither can they be held responsible for unforeseen partial or total cancellation of the event. The programme is subject to change without prior notice.
