Having trouble opening files? |
-
If you have a problem opening
files (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PDF) from this website, your anti-virus software or security settings may be blocking
them. In which case please
and ask to have the relevant documents
emailed directly to you.
-
If your computer is running on
a network, it is possible that a box could come up asking for your network
username and password when you try to download, save or open files.
Depending on how your network is set up, you can get around it by either entering your authentication information or by
pressing "cancel".

Click the link for the file you want.

because the publisher (ASATA!) is unknown - select RUN or OPEN again.
-
Follow instructions to choose a folder
on your own PC where you want to save the file (e.g. click BROWSE and
choose 'Desktop', or you could create a new folder on your computer
and call it "ASATA downloads')

Click UNZIP. The presentation is now saved on your computer and
you can open it at any time.
