ASATA has launched its Marketing and Communications Strategy with the tagline Travel with Peace of Mind, promising consumers that if they seek out the ASATA logo and entrust their travel in the hands of an ASATA member, they will be guaranteed:

  • Professional Service
  • Ethical Conduct
  • Trustworthy Behaviour
  • Market Leadership

Each consortium has a brand ambassador that works with ASATA to roll out the Travel with Peace of Mind Consumer Marketing Campaign and internal Living ASATA member Campaign out.

How you can participate:

  1. Ensure that the ASATA logo is on all your consumer-facing collateral
  2. Tell us who your #21stCenturyTravelAgents are. The ones that save the day! So we can feature them in the press
  3. Identify opportunities for us to feature travel agents as professionals in the press and your own customer-facing marketing platforms
  4. Help us build a database of your staff members
  5. Include information about ASATA on your website and in your induction programme

ASATA provides its members with access to a marketing toolkit with a range of Peace of Mind and Living ASATA marketing images for you to use in your collateral.

We also publicise the efforts of and examples where ASATA-accredited travel agents have saved the day in the mainstream press .
